We're a small free company on the Exodus server made up primarily of players who are new to Final Fantasy. Most of us are experienced MMO players who are just picking up Final Fantasy for the first time. Our goal is to play through all of the content together and learn it, essentially treating FFXIV like a new release.
We started the FC in January as a group of coworkers, and have added a few more like minded folks we met ingame and through reddit. Most of us are in the area between ARR and Heavensword, currently working through all the hard mode dungeons and story arcs from the 2.2--> 2.5 patches.
Our goal is to continue to play through the story, play the 4 and 8 man content, learn it together as we progress, and have fun. We are mostly casual, with a few of us falling into the casu-core category. Our goal is to keep it small, build camaraderie, and continue having fun as we work to reach the end game.
We're having a blast playing through and learning mechanics together, and looking for a few more to join us. We're especially looking for 1-2 more primary healer to help fill out 8 man content, and also a few more DPS. Anyone who shares the idea of trying to play through all the content together while having a good time and getting to know one another is welcome. We're not rushing through to the endgame, and really just trying to enjoy the journey and experience the games various expansions as much as possible.

Playtime: We're mostly US Central and US eastern time so far. We play in the evenings, mostly from 7 - 11 PM, but many on earlier and later depending on the day. We all are in in our mid 30's with families and careers, but have time to play evenings and weekends.
Discord: We have a discord, and use it to hang out and chat while we're playing and doing trials / dungeons.
