Most if not all of you will find this useless but I'm putting it out there on the off chance someone did something as silly as me, this is a very rare issue (I was young when I made my account and for some reason changed my entire birthday). But! I have finally found the solution. Hopefully if someone has this problem they can find this. But if you have forgotten your birthday for your account (which is needed for anything involving account security) just go to your email and use the keyword birthday to find the birthday message Square Enix sent this year (2020, we've still got some months to go so you may not have gotten yours yet). It will be sent on your account's birthday and will read "Happy Birthday to you take 10% off your order". Though, you'll have to guess the year (mine was 1990 so I could seem to be 18 at the time of my acc creation) . I have only received this, this year. So if you haven't, just keep waiting we've got a few more months to go. So weird for a birthday to have do much to do with account security. Hope this helps someone!
