go to your documents > my games > final fantasy xiv a real reborn folder and delete the ffxiv.cfg and ffxiv.cfg.old
the game will regenerate new files and u will have to redo ur graphics settings but u should be able to log in to your world again.
Edit 2: YOU DONT NEED TO MOVE THE WHOLE CONFIG. You only need to delete the line dkt_session_id in the network settings of the config file.
edit: do a backup of the whole folder first. u might need to restore some of the folders to get back ur character settings like hotbars,macros
