Comparing Year on Year is just a continued sad situation where JP and NA regularly share some designs, but while EU do get a unique design, it's always a white T-shirt with no colour variants - this years design actually has nothing to do with our current world events/expansion and feels like an old design relating to 1.0 -> 2.0. Please give us more choice to choose from...
