i think its a lv60 ballista so those cant be errant slops >_>

It is level 60, or else the whm woulda been using hexa strike and have more spells to use

I think he's wearing freesword slops. A few other pants have same model as Errant.

He's got Shell IV and Regen III in his magic list, it can't be a 60 cap

too lazy to double check (I may be wrong) but if he was hitting ctrl M it brings up all spells even ones that can't be used at the level cap.

Yeah, if you use Control+M it will bring up any spells you have, regardless of cap or even job... Very annoying when you are playing in a level capped area and you cant remember what spells you do / don't have (or playing a lower level mage job or mage subjob) because they all show up.
