Fisher Action "Modest Lure" Tooltip and chat log have different text

The English text for the Modest Lure tooltip and chat log message have different text. The tooltip specifies "weak" jaws while the chat log text specifies "small" jaws.

Tooltip text:

"Attracts fish with weak jaws and increases your chances of landing one. Occasionally guarantees you will land a weak-jawed fish."

Chat log messages:

"You attempt to lure small-jawed fish to your hook."
"You make a second attempt to lure small-jawed fish to your hook."
"You make a third attempt to lure small-jawed fish to your hook."
"You have a feeling your next cast will land a small-jawed fish!"

Additionally, the Modest Lure tooltip text matches up somewhat oddly when compared to the Ambitious Lure tooltip text (which specifies "large-jawed" fish). For reference, the Precision Hookset and Powerful Hookset reference certain fish with a "weak bite"/"strong bite" so "weak-jawed"/"strong jawed" may be more consistent.
