I recently picked the game back up and it's been crashing to desktop without any errors fairly consistently. It's almost always in a city where there are a lot of people.
I've upgraded my RAM, reinstalled several times, and have no other ideas for what I might be able to do. The closest information I've found is that when SE capped fps at 90 it was causing similar issues, but as I understand it they've reverted that change.
Does anyone have any insight into the matter?
For context, I just finished the level 30 Gladiator quest without issue in Thanalan and as soon as I ported back into Ul'dah I got a ctd without an error.
Edit: Over 500 hours from when I used to play it. Never happened once to me then. Same computer.
