FFXIV ARR Phase 4 Testing Client Available Now

The test client (Windows version) for beta test phase 4 is now available for download.
You may download and install the test client but please be noted that even if you launch the game, it will be in a maintenance mode until August 15th.

You're right. I just restarted the client and boom, it's going.

Looks like NA PS3 users are kind of screwed at the moment:

Right now we are experiencing technical difficulties on North American PlayStation®3 version where an error message saying "No valid service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn." when players press the login button on the launcher and they are unable to complete the version update.

We are currently addressing this issue with a cooperation of Sony Computer Entertainment and new updates will follow as additional information becomes available.

Please note that this issue is only occurring on the North American PlayStation®3 version. The Windows version, and Japanese/European PlayStation®3 version, are unaffected.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

This is going to be so much fun to download on my awesome 5Mbps connection... and it's not even the cable service, it's lack of power in this house. Should see me trying to run my a/c without random power surges.
