FFXI Time Out

Lately i've been getting a Time out message and this would kick me out. I was wondering if anyone can help me.
 
do you go afk for long periods of time?
 
I occationally get that message if I leave a character up over night, happens when there is slow connection through my ISP.

Before I lived here, when I had bad ISP, timed out all the time.
