Steps:
1. Character creation.
2. Select female midlander face 1, eyebrows type 4.
3. The right eyebrow (left in the pictures) is thinner than the left one.
4. The problem persists when you select "facial features" to add extra thickness to eyebrows.
I put them closer so you can see the difference more easily:
The correct thickness for Eyebrows Type 4 as it was before the graphic update is the thicker one (the right one in the pictures).
