Dear FFXIV Development Team, 
I would like to submit some feedback regarding the update to the Alliance Raid Roulette. While the implementation of an item level requirement is a good step towards improving raid quality, I feel it has not fully addressed the underlying issue of roulette content distribution.
Players who use the roulette consistently find themselves assigned to A Realm Reborn content, which can lead to a sense of monotony. My assumption is that this is due to a significant portion of the player base having not unlocked the later alliance raids from expansions like Heavensward, Stormblood, and Shadowbringers, as these raids are optional for main story progression.
To create a more balanced and varied roulette experience for all players, I would like to suggest a new prerequisite for unlocking the Alliance Raid Roulette. It would be beneficial to require players to have unlocked the most recent available alliance raid for their level. This change could encourage more players to engage with the full range of alliance raid content, thus diversifying the roulette pool and improving the overall player experience.
