[Introduction]
In the current state, the quests listed below become completely unaccessible after completion. Players are unable to replay them or rewatch cutscenes related to them (with the exception of one cutscene from "An Ideal Marriage", which is available via the Unending Journey). In my opinion, this is rather unfortunate, as a significant portion of this game is replayable using the New Game+ feature or rewatchable using the Unending Journey. These particular quests are really sweet and allow you to explore the Unnamed Island with your NPC friends in tow.
• The Land, Wind, and Sea (Rank 9)
• A Far Eastern Yarn (Rank 12)
• An Ideal Marriage (Rank 15)
• The Sweetest Thing (Rank 19)
• Where Worries Melt Away (Rank 20)
[Implementation]
My suggestion is to add these quests as a replayable feature to either New Game+ or the Curious Courier found on your island. This NPC acts as your contact to Tataru and initiates the visitor quests. I feel that adding them to this NPC would make a lot of sense.
In its current state, the NPCs' only dialogue after finishing Island Sanctuary content is...
"Curious Courier: No contact! No contact from Mistress Tataru! ...I suppose you'll just have to invite your own friends instead!"
Thank you, Curious Courier. I have done that many times already... This could be changed to a menu, similar to those seen on the other Island Sanctuary mammets.

This could also say something more lore-appropriate, such as "Re-invite Sicard, Emmanellain, and Honoroit." for the "An Ideal Marriage" quest, etc.
[Closing Words]
I'm a big nerd when it comes to the lore of this game, and these quests are some of my favorites. Being able to hang out with your NPC friends on the island you decorated was so much fun. It's really unfortunate that this wasn't added to New Game+ from the start. I understand that Island Sanctuary is essentially complete and unlikely to receive further major updates, but I feel like this would be a relatively small addition.
Basically, I am on my hands and knees begging.
