Feast was just announced and they are not rewarding Wolf Collars. There is a mount reward for Top 100 of the DATACENTER(?) and a Trophy for the very top players. I don't know about you, but I'm not going to waste my time in content for a .01% chance I make Top 100 over potentially tens of thousands of players. There are just WAY too many other activities in this game that are more rewarding for my time, and I'm sure the majority of the player-base thinks the same way. No consolation prize = low participation. SE must know this right? Correct me if I have my data wrong.
At the very least they could give us Wolf Collars toward the next Feast Season, or allow us to buy past rewards.
Does conversation in this forum ever reach SE? I ask because I don't know.
