OK so last week the leaders of my FC decided that they no longer wanted to play the game due to IRL reasons and bc of not really having any interest in the game any longer. I joined this FC back in May and we had over 50 active members at the time of my joining. The atmosphere was awesome and I loved the people in it and since I was a sprout I was given access to an incredible amount of support starting my journey into learning this game. Real world circumstances has caused me to lower my play time so I haven't really been on a whole lot since August. But, now im able to get back into the game full swing and over the last month or two the entire FC has fallen apart. I was made an officer several months ago and now im literally the only person of the leadership team that's left. Naturally when the FC left, they handed me the keys to everything. FC house included. Thing is that I have absolutely no idea what im doing and I need some serious advice. I really want to rebuild this amazing FC into something that it originally was and even more but im just so lost with how to do it. I haven't run a guild in 10+ years.
TLDR: FC leaders left and gave me control of everything and im totally lost and need help/advice
