FC issues that need resolution

I've been directed here by the GM to post an issue that I hope will finally be addressed as this has been an issue for a long time and it has never been addressed within the the game.

1) Giving someone ability to promote allows them to promote above their station. This can destroy a free company. No one should be able to promote above their rank and station. Say you have a large fc. The leader can not handle 500 members so they have a co leader or officers. If you have one person get hacked or bought out or anything they can promote someone to a higher rank them them and kick access ships or do anything they should not. Therefore that puts all the pressure on just the leader to handle all matters.

2) The game needs an inheritance system. Some of these guilds have been around for 5-10 years. It should not go to the first person online if the leader is offline for so many days. We all know bad things can happen. We've SEEN it happen. We've held memorials, we've seen members and leaders disappear. I've seen guilds collapse and houses, subs, game families collapse when the wrong person gets a guild and kicks everyone out stealing it when it was meant to be handed to the second in command and they got disconnected or were not online when the time limit passed and it was not handed to them. Please add who the guild will go to if the worst should happen. Allow that person say 48 hours to claim the guild or such before it rolls down the list of officers.

3) Guild banks are a joke. Allowing a guild of 1 to have the same bank access as a guild of 500 is insane and that the restrictions haven't caught up with the same amount of people is also ridiculous. One member with access to a page can take an entire page of 999 stacks meant to be used for one thing and the GM's will not help. Also see problem 1. One person promotes someone erroneously and then the whole bank is wiped out. For a big FC this can be 100mil or more. If they have gil access 1 billion or more! Yes no restrictions have been placed like similar games to take out only a limited number of items instead of a stack of 999 take out 20 items per tab per day or whatever limit is set by the guild. While it's not the loss of money that always matter it's a loss of trust and the pain it causes the guild members that put their time and energy into the game to gather, craft, and purchase those items. They lose their trust in ffxiv and square enix to control thieves and back stabbers.
