The issue:
Eyebrows twitch excessively with varying degrees of severity during certain emotes. Such effect looks jarring and unnatural. This twitching wasn't there pre-dawntrail and was introduced with the graphical update.
I compiled a youtube video with all the facial expressions to demonstate the issue and compare it with other expressions.

I don't believe the eyebrow movement belongs in these expressions and would look less distracting if static
