Stormblood card interface and actions restored.
The Balance: Increases damage by 8%
The Bole: Reduces damage taken by 10% and each hit taken increases damage dealt by 2% up to a maximum of 12%
The Arrow: Reduces recast time by 10%
The Spear: Increases critical hit chance by 12%
The Ewer: Refreshes MP and grants 5 stacks of Overflowing. This effect grants 12% increased healing or damage to the next spell cast and one stack is consumed per cast.
The Spire: Each damaging skill or ability used grants a 1% increase in damage up to a maximum of 12%
Lord / Lady of crowns returned.
Time dilation is returned.
Astrologian's personal DPS is lowered as balance requires.
Astrologian gains a trait at level 30: Celestial solitude
Doubles the effect of all cards played on self while solo.
Why?
Some cards might remain mathematically better than others, but I don't personally believe I'd end up fishing for cards anymore.
Cards would have optimal types of classes to play on but none of them would remain useless. I do not claim to have the internal numbers necessary to ensure that the figured posted are going to be perfect, but it would be fun.
