My FC has had a screenshot of a checklist floating around for Eureka materials, but no one seems to know if this is a spreadsheet that has an editable version and google turned up nothing... so I recreated it in an editable format for my FC and figured I would share. The non-colored parts are meant to be edited. On the checklist, just put an 'x' (lowercase) in the cells for the weapons you have acquired. For the tally, enter in how many of each material you hold. The remaining value will show how many more need to be farmed based on what you've used/hold currently.
Just save a copy (FILE >> Make a Copy) of THIS SPREADSHEET and you should be able to edit.
