This has been an on going issue for others but I figured I'll make a post to give more light to the issue.
I was able to play fine last on the 3rd of April 2020 I let my sub run out and I resubbed on the 18th. Ever since then I can login fine but 3-4 minutes after being in game I will disconnect with the error either 90002 or 90001. I find it quite coincidental this started after DDOS attacks, regardless I've been able to play fine for years and only now I've been having this issue.
I've tried Flushing my DNS, resetting my ipconfig, verifying file intergrity disabling firewall all together, updating Network cards and verifying the ports are open. Really the only other thing I can think of is reinstalling the game or reimaging my PC but I'd rather not go that far considering I was able to play just fine with no changes to my PC or network.
In game I'm in Midgardsormr on Aether data center so I tried to make a new character on Hyperion on the Primal data center and I did not get any errors.
I made another character in Sargantanas also in Aether and I got the same error as before so it seems to be specifically a connection issue with that data center.
Address my PC is connecting to for FF14: 204.2.229.87
Hopefully this is a Server side issue or if it is not I hope I can get some help if it's client side.
