Hi, my friend is trying to get into the game, and has downloaded the free trial. However, she keeps getting error 2002 whenever she tries to connect to the game. PC user

Things we have tried:

Allowing through firewall
Turning firewall off
Restarting computer
Restarting router
Reinstalling game
Tried to connect to a different data center, but the error prevents that
Sent a ticket - no reply.

We have tried everything and still no fix.
