Hi all. I keep repeatedly getting error 2002 when trying to log in. We did, however, recently get a new modem and router from our Internet provider (Spectrum), and when I searched the sub, I did find some people were having issues with Spectrum. However, I've had Spectrum this whole time and things were working up to this point, so I'm unsure if maybe the new equipment is what changed things.
I'm incredibly computer illiterate, and I don't understand some of the workarounds for this error that I found during my search. Is there some kind of ELI5 on how to connect to the game if we're experiencing error 2002? I've restarted my modem and router and still have the same problem, and beyond that, I'm not sure what else to do. Other games are working just fine.
