When submitting a bug report, please use the below template and thoroughly fill out the necessary information.
Date & Time: 8/22/2020
Frequency: Ongoing
World name: Leviathan
Character name: Ultamious Adamantium & Arainea Marahute
Area and coordinates: Central Highlands
Steps:
1. Now that you are able to explore other areas of the map because flying was added to the ARR zones. There is even an area near the bridge that you can fall off the map and this should be patched.
2. The area past the gate leading to the heavenwards area. As this was not part of the original map, is that what is causing the bug?
3. We both got 90k'd disconnect probably due to internet connection.
4. Attempting to log back onto these character kicks back a 10105 error. This is normally when the system is trying to log one back in but the character hasn't log out. This has been happening since Saturday night with no luck of logging back in. We are able to log into our alt character but not the main characters.
5. Its my opinion that the character might need to be moved or logged out somehow, I tried to contact a GM in game on this issues and they sent me to the Support Team. Now the support team sent me here for a GM to hopefully help me. Please help us!
