I want to start off with FFXIV being my first MMO, I love every single moment of the story as well as the community!
I'm a sucker for more lore so when I saw that the 1st volume of the Encyclopaedia Eorzea was back in stock, I immediately placed an order and received an email just yesterday that my store order has shipped!
The email of the confirmation provided a UPS URL to track the package, when I click it however it shows "Undefined" where the tracking number is supposed to be and also says "UPS could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number. Please verify your information."
Is this common with physical orders from Square Enix? Should I wait and just check everyday for a tracking number to magically appear on the provided URL?
