Greetings dear SQUARE ENIX and other fellow Final Fantasy players.
I've only been playing the game for a couple of hundred hours but i do still hope my opinion/suggestion will be heard fairly, that i and other players are/might be suffering about.
1. The character creation
When i choose the Elezen race the first thing i usual go by "can i make her to my personality?" as it is a huge factor and a really important element in a game (at least for me). It is really hard to make my Elezen female smile if not impossible? It had made me change race several times bouncing back to Elezen and other races due to that. Every other races looks phenomenal and i really think you did an extrodinary job giving us some really nice opportunities designing our beloved character tthat we spent hundreads if not thousand hours playing. I really do adore elfs in books/games and where you might encounter them, and it hurts me so much that i can't make my Elezen smile becuase it is hard to show who i am, and that i have to be reminded of it everytime i look on my character. The hair, lips, eyes, nose and ears are spot on and it is something i usually spent almost too much time enjoyng customizing my character with.
2. Elezen animations/stances
I've seen similar voices about their running/sprinting animation, and i genuinely think that is where one of the major issues really lies. Her walking animation is nicely done, but she feels like a robot from an old 80's movie with her arms in an almost locked 90 degree position when she is running, almost like Robocop or something? It is like her elbow can not be stretched? Her idle stance OMG! That is so awesome, the way she grabs her hips and looks is so beautiful, i literally enjoy finding nice spots in the game to take screenshots without UI to make memorable moments to look back on with that stance!
I do not know if my information is described well enough but i will gladly elaborate on the subject if i didn't make myself clear enough. I like the Elezen are tall and everytime i see another Elezen player i think of the reason why i don't play them myself. It makes me kinda sad and somehow puts me in a spot where i'm willing to swing my credit card for a "fantasia" race change fully knowing that i will swirch race again down the line.
