Hello Raiders!
Cabbage Farmers are currently looking to recruit for our Savage/Weekly group AND our MC Ultimate group!
Before I get into what we're looking for I'd like to tell you a bit about us!
We're a group that was built from other Alphascape groups that disbanded in the interim between expansions and have managed to work as a team to build a group we're all proud to be a part of. We all have a few years of experience of raiding under our belts in FFXIV and are hoping to find players who are like-minded, confident, experienced and most importantly have a positive attitude towards learning and receiving and giving constructive criticism.
Please note that these are two separate groups! Please indicate which you're interested in whether it's just one or both!
**Classes we're looking for:**
**Savage:**
Non-Dragoon Melee
**Ultimate:**
Any 2 Melees
**We are looking for players who meet the following criteria:**
**Communication:**
- Non-reliant on call-outs.
- Able to use Voice Chat for easy communication.
- Able to discuss/organise through discord text channels.
**Game-play:**
- Cleared the tier and is BiS
- Experienced and consistent with their class.
- Able to understand/fix their own mistakes.
- Willing to research/learn outside of raid times if necessary.
**Resourcefulness:**
- Able to understand and learn from fflogs.
- Able/willing to collaboratively plan cooldowns/skills via spreadsheet.
- Able to spend time with the group reviewing vods if necessary.
**Attitude:**
- Patient and respectful of other's opinions.
- Dedicated team players.
- Non-toxic and understands that everyone makes mistakes.
- Punctual and able to let the group know if they are unavailable ahead of time.
**Our Aims:**
**Savage:**
-Clear E5-7S in the first week if possible (E6S at least)
-Clear the tier in week 2 (week 3 the latest)
**Ultimate:**
-Steadily prog through the fight.
-Clear after 5.2 raid tier.
**Our Schedules:**
**Prog Schedule:**
- Saturday, Monday and Tuesday (3 days a week).
- 2 Lockouts minimum on the weekend and 1 lockout on weekday.
- Able to start on or after 8:30pm gmt+8 (please account for daylight savings).
- 15 minute breaks between lockouts.
**After clear Schedule:**
-Clear the tier on reset.
-All remaining time will be used for optimising fights for speed-clears.
