In-game time: Since patch 5.4
Area and coordinates: Eden's Promise Raid
Steps:
1. The Triple Triad card, Eden's Promise, is not dropping in the Eden's Promise raid which is where it is said it is dropped on the achievements list. This has been very much confirmed by the playerbase, the original bug report received multiple thumb's ups, but this got moved to insufficient information.
