First off sorry I haven't gotten the Schedule up. Will do that tonight after I put in attendance in the run and move them.

Since we are close to the update. (Yeah increased drops and new AF) Because of this I really want to focus on getting clears for our invitees so we won't have to worry about clears for a long time. And we can focus mainly on just farming and getting drops for people after we have everyone xarc access.

With that said the upcoming runs are going to look like this.

Bastok > Sandy > Jeuno > Windy
For the next 4 runs. We will be focusing on clears and doing whatever we can to clear these zones. If we don't clear a run we will try again for whatever run we didn't clear after windy. I don't see us having to do that if we are focused on clears. But stuff happens and want to plan for it ahead of time. If everything goes as planned will have a Glac clear after we have cleared the 4 cities and then go from there. Hoping to have all this done before the update so we can just focus on AF and currency for the sponsors.

Thanks to everyone that has been helping out and will help out. Lets keep up the good work.

Edit: If you have been thinking about inviting someone to our dynamis runs and they need clears now is the time. After this we will just try and do runs normally and clear when we can without that being the focus. Glac clears will most likely be on a 3 month basis if someone needs it. We won't be going for clear if no one needs it. So get those invitees in now if you have any.

Shouldn't we focus on AF for members as well? I assumed that was the main focus, not currency for sponsors.

We have done plenty of bastok, sandy and probably jeuno. which invities / how many still need clear? 2 weeks of cities and no outlands, seem rather slow. I see the good behind it. I wasn't awarer that so many people needed clears. I don't think its right though to not do any outlands for 2 weeks for 1-2 people who need clears.

Focus on AF... and focus on currency for the sponsors. Though currency for sponsors is a reason for going--I mean, they're footing the bill.

I think more than 1-2 people need clears--and for those who do, we need to actually GET them (e.g. not having people slacking off and getting our asses kicked in Windy again).

In addition, there are still individuals who need AF from city zones--if you watch, the number of money lotters (except in Bastok, where Wootz > all) is lower than you might imagine.

In the end, Dynamis is Dynamis... no matter where we go. :) It's all good.

Welp, less chat, more stab. Can start getting those clears tonight.

It's a small sacrifice that ensures larger numbers and more AF and currency later on. I don't really see an issue with it. Like Heie said, once we get it done, we won't have to worry about them again for a while.
 
I don't think you deserve AF if you cast stoneskin on yourself for 3 hours, so getting clears for people that are actually helping seems like a good idea to me. I might actually start lotting AF again, since i only have random pieces that go to freelot, so i'm down for cities and outlands alike.
 
Ic, I was just curious really how many needed clears. Was answered, 7 is alot when average 25 attend. If it was only a couple, I didn't think stopping 2city/2outland or w/e it may be would be that great. so doing 4 cities.. and going back to what 2city/1outland? or in future will we be doing 1city/1outland a week? with every 3rd city a dreamworld?
 
I'll try be there for the windy run. Still away right now.

I was prepared to pull it last run but then that was taken care of so i went to zzz.

Windy is a bitch of a zone but with a few big sacs it shouldn't be to much of a issue.

Once clears are no longer an issue it will be on avg, 4 Northlands (2 xarc 2 glac) 4-5 cities, and one Cop a month. Will be looking at the amount of AF people need from each zone and also talk over with sponsors how thier currency looks and what we can do to help them out to decide if one zone will get more demand then others.

Depending how drop rates go on currency after the update with northlands. We might end up doing northlands the way we are doing every run atm. In the end it will be on the sponsors. But since northlands can bone us on currency drops. If it doesn't change in the update I won't blame any sponsorers for not wanting to sponsor there. The recoup gil and split is working out very well. And if no one wants to sponsor a run will just go with how we are working it now. If currency prices stay the price they are now we can get boned on currency drop in xarc and still recoup the 500k easy.
 
For at least the next 2-3 runs we will be working currency the way we have been. I still need to recoup 228k from the last xarc run. But with glass prices cheaper thats even more money for money lotters. Plus since we are focuing on clears sponsors most likely won't make as much currency. Rather they didn't get screwed on drops. If any of the sponsors want to sponsor the glac clear we are doing they are welcome to but I would say they shouldn't just cause of the added time it takes to clear.

If no one shows any interest in sponsoring northlands then I will work the currency the way it is now.
 
Great job last night on windy for everyone who came out. Big thanks to Rhine, Chame, Joanna, Elvier, and Rubydream for the sac pulls we did. Came down to the wire at the end there but we cleared and thats all that matters.

Next run will be a Glac clear. (i'm sure we will clear it but going to leave it open in case we don't.) But the rest of the runs for the month should look like this. Glac (Clear) > Xarc > Xarc > Glac (Farm).
