Everything on here relies on the current currency cost. Unless people are... less considerate than I give them credit for--sales are either going to slow or stop until the price drop in a month. There's the potential for us to run 6-8 more runs and never sell currency between now and then.
On the other side of the coin, the extremely rich and demanding of relic may still be buying--who knows.
It just seems foolish at this time---both for the sponsor and the money lotters.

I sold 200 currency for a little above avg cost of what it was before they said price was droping. Over night! I think some people are panicing thinking everyone will be trying to do a relic now and that the price of currency will go up.
Supply of currency will go up cause its cheaper to do dynamis. But if demand is higher cause more people are doing relics the price will go up. Not saying that is what will happen but that must be what is going through these people minds that are buying currency now. Getting about 1.6 mil in gil from currency over night is pretty nice.
BTW, Anyone not lotting AF that was there last night. I have 64k for you.

I'm going to have to agree with Heie here (gasp! 
), this will not have as much effect on price as people think it will. As supply rises, demand will also rise simply because more people will see relic as "affordable" and go for it, and when supply and demand both rise, your equilibrium price point tends to not change by very much. Limbus price was cut by almost half and the ABC price point has only slightly dropped even over a long time period.

My thinking is, most people who "can" do a dyna relic would be able to do both dyna and nyzul relics at the same time, especially since the nyzul relic is done through infusions of time spent doing events you would basically have been doing anyway. Of course, not everyone is lucky enough to be able to do Ein successfully but I bet more successful Ein shells will pop up sooner rather than later.

I honestly think that the people who are buying the currency think that price is going to go up cause a lot more people are going to do relics. Even if price does go up if you buy from bazaar the price of our relics is going to be cut in half. This just makes things easier and better for us before the price drop for making some extra gilz. The Jeuno run could have gone better and people still walking off with 64k is awesome.
