For some apparent reason after testing in multiple areas (densely populated and ones with an abundance of particle effects/large landscapes) I've concluded that the "Dynamic Resolution" in the graphics setting seems to be broken and not working for the Xbox Series S for both the "Full HD" and "WQHD" screen resolution options.
In addition, I have conducted rigerous testing via completing a character (from ARR - Dawntrail) on a Series X (dynamic resolution does in fact work on the Series X however, and on all screen/display resolutions) and one character up until Dawntrail on the Series S before quiting it due to immense FPS lag, thus me being able to distinguish the difference on Dynamic Resolution kicking in or not.
TLDR: There is no difference whether Dynamic Resolution is toggled on/off for the Xbox Series S (which it definitely needs) no matter the screen/display resolution.
