So.... why is it OK for me to open my Miner or Botanist logs, and know exactly where to get any material, even if I've never gathered one before? A new expansion comes out, and I can open the log, and know exactly where, down to the region, where to get Unobtanium Ore or whatever, but yet when it comes to FSH.... you have to catch a fish to know where to get it and even then, it doesn't tell you where in the zone the fish may be caught, nor do you even know where the fishing holes are?
Considering that Fish is far less useful than any of the crafting materials, it makes no sense for FSH to be penalized in these ways. Would it really be harmful if I knew where to catch fish ahead of time?
You're not going to stop me from finding out where to catch a specific fish. If I need a fish and it's not in my fishing logs (which really needs a search function, btw), you know what I'm going to do?
I'm going to open google and search for it there, which will likely land me on Gamerescape Wiki.
I should not need 3rd party websites to figure out where to go to get fish, especially when the other two DoL classes do not need such things.
It's okay to know where Lignum Vitae logs are cut the very moment you reach Level 70, but it's not okay for my Lv80 fisher to know where a Rainbow Trout can be caught if I somehow leveled up to Lv80 without catching one first?
That makes no sense whatsoever.
