Sorry, this has been bugging me....
When you think of the classic congested worlds, like Balmung, there are almost always a decent amount of people in the various hubs (and whatever the "main" hubs are are packed), there's lots of activity in PF, and DF pops quickly.
In Seraph, after the initial burst of activity at the beginning of DT and the sudden declaration of our congested status, we have quickly seemed to have gone back to pre-DT levels of activity for the most part. Except at the absolutely most popular times to play during the week, some normal queues take forever and PF is next to dead. People from Seraph blatantly admit they're back to DC travel to get faster queues, aggravating the issue even worse. We even still have houses regularly available, despite supposedly having a massive, active population.
It is difficult to travel to Seraph and no one can make new characters on it, because of an uptick in players that Square knew wouldn't last: Not only did they open up other worlds to DC travel again and therefore many people aren't coming to Dynamis to form parties anymore, but there's also just the general drop-off in players after most have played through the new expansion.
There's already a system in place to temporarily have worlds be congested to stop traveling, does Seraph really rate always being congested? More than the majority of long time, established worlds?
