I literally just started blue mage. I got the first spell and received the offer from Royse to be a constant after using the water spell. I haven't spoken to Royse yet in Ul'dah. Do I need to speak with her in order to get the costume? I thought the Blue mage would just give me the outfit along with the spell book and staff. I'm Confused. Now when I switch to BLM my guy is completely naked and I can't wear the other gear currently in my inventory.
