Hi,
I got myself a Cisco Switch. If I am connected directly to my modem (I tested Fritzbox6660 and Vodafone Box, same exact issue) I receive a lot of disconnects, especially when there seems to be big amounts of data going on (in fights..) So I can stand alone without being DC'd for hours but if I go actually play the game it's disconnect. I can only guess that the installed Switch keeps up the connection by increasing some timeout parameters. Basically whatever protocol is used to compensate for bad connection in the switch is keeping my connection alive instead of dropping me.. which is kinda hilarious in it's own right.. by making my connection worse I actually have a better connection...
I did some a lot of tests on the european datacenter IPs and my general internet connectivity.
Well as everyone knows Vodafone sucks. I opted to have 50Mbit upload but since the Corona crisis I do have usually 2-5Mbit upload. I created around 40 tickets about it with the Vodafone Support and they solve it after like 2-4 weeks keeping 50Mbit up for 1-3 days then going back to 2-5Mbit.. I even got a refund of 60€ but I don't think it's the only reason why FF14 is impacted so heavily. I do have these issues during the 50Mbit upstream times too.. tho to a lesser degree.. feels like it happens half as much.
In order to give this a long time analysis since I can see that way more than just myself have packetloss issues with those datacenters I would love to help and get help by adding traceroutes regularly to this thread. Due to shiftwork I could even check the impact during different times.. maybe I just need to move do different servers.. Atm. I am on Light -> LICH.
I ping/traceroute to LIGHT -> LICH -> 195.82.50.55

Thank you for your help and reply in advance.
Anyone have ideas how to pressure my ISP more into acting? In germany we do have the "BUNDESNETZAGENTUR", anyone had experience with them?
Thanks
