Haven't seen post about this yet, so here are my personal notes from fishing in the diadem
windswept cloudtop (25,16)
blustery cloudtop (32,11)
swirling cloudtop (13,24)
calm cloudtop (29,32)
For farming skyward points, I'm not sure whether it's better to aim for the big ones (storm chaser 935 / mosasaur 830) or to aim for oscar (122) which can be caught more easily without a mooch
I haven't heard of anyone getting the green-rarity fish yet
