Seeds and soils are a big waste of time and gil. I remember when they announced gardening and I was excited. Waiting forever to get a home and get soil patches. Only to find out it was nearly impossible to garden with any fun and speed. My plot have stood empty after trying gardening for 2 weeks
Basically, simple idea increase seeds and soil by allowing them to be cooking desynthesied from fruit/vegetables and soils from a new "ground soil" item from every single gatherer patch and fish spot.
Finally, gardening i understand the need to balance games and economy, but I'm the type of playing that will NOT buy anything from market that isn't reasonable auction prices are often not reasonable and don't find this "fun".
If I can send my retainer to gather times in 1hr cycles, why cant a farm patch do the same.
Example retainer give 7nq/3hq /hr
Gardening 100-159 item/24hr.
SquareEnix can still have rare items requiring more "effort", but basic items should be simple.
