We've all been in a dungeon, raid, or trial and been trying to communicate with another player. We type in chat, ask them a question, and we get no reply. We feel like we're being ignored, but odds are that the other player is on console and can't type for lack of a keyboard.
I feel like there should be an icon similar to status icons or role/job icons (for those with them enabled) that indicates whether a player is on PC/Desktop or on console so that other players in duty can know that when they say something in chat and it goes unacknowledged, they know that they're not being ignored, the other player is just using a controller.
(ESPECIALLY for high level raiding thru duty finder. Random queuing into raids and having other players trying to communicate with a console player (and then growing frustrated when the console player doesn't reply because they don't have a keyboard) would be made smoother if each player could understand right away who can and cannot respond to them through chat.)
