When we point to the "Good" condition while crafting, the text on the tooltip reads "Increases to quality are 1.5 times higher than normal."
This would mean Normal plus 150% of normal, which would be 250% of normal. This is not actually what happens, though. The actual result is a grand total of 150% of normal (such as 469 instead of 313). As such, the description should either read "1.5 times normal" or "0.5 times higher than normal." Or "150% of normal" or "50% higher than normal" if you prefer percentages over decimals.
