I'm expecting a compensation for the continued disconnects and service interruptions we've been getting from DDOS attacks.
This has resulted in loss of hours of deep dungeon progress, and has not been an isolated problem.
So far you could call this MMO "DDOS fantasy" and be completely right.
I understand that you are not the ones causing it, but you as a company chose this business and must take action accordingly. If you can't guarantee a stable service then you shouldn't charge for it.
