Custom Deliviery: Not Getting White Crafter Scripts Despite Being Lvl 80 Crp

I did 3 turn-ins at Kai Shirr and got white crafter scripts + the next satisfaction level.
I did the remaining 3 turn-ins and now got offered yellow crafter scripts.

Why no white crafter scripts?
Collectability is 900+
