We have confirmed that there is an issue with the instanced battles against Dhorme Chimaira and Hydra during the quest "A Relic Reborn" wherein monsters will stop moving as a result of certain player actions.
This issue is currently under investigation. If a player wilfully continues to battle an immobilized monster, the player will be in violation of the user agreement. The game logs of violators will be investigated, and those who are found to be in violation may be subject to punishment, such as a character data rollback or account termination. Please do not try to take advantage of this issue.
In the event that a monster is accidentally rendered immobile, we please ask that all members of the party leave the instance before re-attempting.
