Connection Specs
- Type of internet connection/provider: cable, gigbit
- Modem maker/model number: doesn't really matter. It worked a few days ago before the latest patch (I played dawn trail at release no issue)
■ PC Specs
To obtain the system information, open the FFXIV launcher and select Config → System Information → Display.
Really nothign to say here. Ryzen 7 3700x and 2080 super. It runs the game perfectly fine, and nothing changed since it stopped

FFS. You've known this issue exists, and yet it continues to pop up. Closing steam doesn't fix it. Reinstalling doesn't fix it. What will fix it is when you finally decide you want to play nice with steam. I've got THOUSANDS of steam games. They all run fine, even old games. This isn't a steam problem, it's an issue with SE. Get rid of the dumb launcher. Integrate the login into steam or into the game itself after launch. Let me download updates through steam so I can play other games while these massive updates download. Such an antiquated setup is the problem, not steam. Fix this already!
