- Pan-World Reward
Players belonging to the nation which placed first in the Pan-World Standings, San d'Oria, may enjoy a convenient teleporting service between nations. To make use of this service, simply speak to any of the designated NPCs in the following areas:

Southern San d'Oria / Northern San d'Oria
Bastok Mines / Bastok Markets
Windurst Waters / Windurst Woods

- Individual World Rewards
The citizenry of the nation which placed first on each individual server will find specialty shops at the following locations vending all their wares:

Southern San d'Oria / Northern San d'Oria / Port San d'Oria
Bastok Mines / Bastok Markets / Port Bastok / Metalworks
Windurst Waters / Port Windurst / Windurst Woods

- Individual Adventurer Rewards
A congratulatory "redeyes" will be sent to the Delivery Box of those adventurers who had an especially stellar performance.

*Redeyes will be presented to the 1,000 players who secured the largest number of crystal fragments across all worlds (over 101 crystal fragments).
*Deliveries will be made in the beginning of December.

Sandy and Windy were fairly close all along. The original intermediate results had them last almost everywhere, but that was a mistake. They had Sandy and Bastok switched. They put out updated results the next day that showed the true rankings.

What gets me is that Sandy has been declared as the global Crystal War MVP even though it varies world by world as to how they did. These servers are effectively separate universes, and Windy is our universe's MVP. Having a universal reward when the local branch didn't win just feels wrong. >_<
 
Found what they mean by "Specialty Vendor" .You can buy items from any regional vendor in Windy, whether Windy controls region or not.
 
Sass said the teleport moogle is the "Event moogles" You know the ones near AH in South and at gate in North. It might be that the city ports are temporary. Seems unlikely that these moogles will do double duty permanently. Did we get city warps during Holidays anyway? So don't be too quick to lose your Outpost warps.
 
The reward period only lasts until December 11, so I doubt many people will switch to Sandy just for the teleports.
 
yeah it's only for 3 weeks. too bad.. I was ready to switch to Sandy for about 5 minutes there.
