Criterion dungeons: Make it easier to see who has a charge of Variant Raise II

I would like some way to make it easier to see who still has a charge left to be able to use Variant Raise II in Criterion dungeons. Unless you've kept track of who used it or have vocal communication available it's hard to remember who can still use Variant Raise II. An example suggestion would be to have a buff that's visible on the party list that shows who can still use Variant Raise II. And if you use Variant Raise II the buff disappears so you know that person can't use it.
