I'll be as detailed as I can in the hopes that Someone can help me with this; so forgive me if this is long.
Since about April I have been plagued with crashing issues on login; once my credentials have been entered and accepted and I hit play my system crashes to a black screen (no error message at all) and then after about 30-45 seconds reboots itself.
This is a newly built system with the following specs: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.60 Ghx; 16 gig ram; 64 bit operating systemm x64 based processor; Windows 10 Home; version 2004; installed 7/19/2020 (we'll get to that in a bit); OS Build 19041.450; graphics Radeon RX580 currently running Windows 10 base driver (have run Radeon Adrenalin 20.8.2 And 20.4.2 drives...have not resolved the issue); C Drive: HP EX900 120 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive; D Drive: Seagate FireCuda 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Hybrid HDD.
What I Have done is stress test all the hardware and eliminated that as an issue (I used both 3DMark and Furmark to do this); reinstalled DirectX12 Numerous times; installed/Uninstalled/Reinstalled video drivers several times; have RMA'ed the original Radeon card thinking that might be the problem, and it seemed to help the issue while I was using the onboard video (no black screen/reboot crashes just random lock-ups on changing zones that required reboot), but as soon as the new video card was placed back in the system the original black screen crashes began again; have reinstalled Windows 10 Home; reinstalled Final Fantasy twice. None have affected the situation at all.
I'm about at my wit's end on this - please help
