Here's the list of every item lost in my craft due to the most recent disconnect.

2x Turali Corn Oil
1x Palm Sugar
1x Ovibos Milk
1x Fermented Butter
1x Levinchrome Aethersand
3x Fire Cluster
3x Water Cluster
1x Cunning Craftsman's Tisane HQ
1x All i Pebre HQ
1x Squadron Spiritbonding Manual
It is very difficult to reliably do anything in the game in its current state. Ever since the release of Patch 7.4, server errors are encountered roughly every two hours.
I attempt to craft gear, potions, and food for my savage team... disconnect.
I try to run the new EX trial... disconnect.
I try to run a deep dungeon... disconnect.
Roulettes... disconnect.
Solo duty in the most recent MSQ quests... disconnect.
The game is unplayable in the current state, with multiple mass disconnects EVERY DAY.
My friends and static members are at a loss.
This isn't normal. No other MMO player base has to deal with this. None. There is simply no excuse for the frequency with which this occurs on the Aether data center.
Here are some possible solutions to fix this issue:
1) Require all login requests to enter through a login gateway
2) Issue temporary authentication secrets/2FA to users through this login gateway
3) Deny access game servers without a valid auth secret/2FA
4) Lock the free trial behind a verified phone number
