I just want to know if the new crafted 710 gear (after pentamelding) is better than the new tomestone 720 gear. I tried to ask people in my FC and the answer I got was "if you have to ask, you shouldn't be wearing pentamelded gear". WELL, I'm crafting it myself and that didn't answer my question. Yes, I want to min/max my gear to the best of my ability because I want to try savage raiding even though I am new to it. I saved up lots of materia and I know tons of materia gets poofed in the overmeld process. It's not going to stop me from trying.
