Putting her on unpredicatable spawn rates where she spawns anywhere from 4-24 hours later is insane and it's not helped by the fact that she dies almost instantly. The last 5 times I've caught wind of her spawn I've gotten nothing because she was already dead when I got there.
This in ridiculous and unacceptable. Either reduce the spawn rates, make the spawn consistent or provide an alternate method to get horns.
