Specs and Model of my build are irrelevant. 2 progression fates never launched in instances 2 and 5. Supposedly instance 3 also had difficulties launching. This was witnessed by a rather large (for Maduin) number of players and hindered early progression hard enough to mess with morale. We didn't clear this time although we stood a decent chance with our initial numbers.
That the progression fates aren't scaled for the world populations means larger worlds complete them in 10 minutes and players miss out while smaller population worlds can't complete them even when every available body is called in.... Yes having the fates get easier after failed attempts helps but these aren't built well or in a way that makes having even minor glitches like this ok. the few minutes of having 25 people not contribute can make or break a clear for a low population server like Maduin is.
