The NPC U'ulihali in Kozama'uka (17.6 , 11.2), having selected the option "What kind of place is this?" references the rite of succession being over and hints at the existence of two Dawnservants. I'm currently in the main scenario quest "Knowing the Hanuhanu", well before those events happen.
