I have had continual disconnections (90002) while playing. I play on PC and on PS4. On PC I can barely stay logged in for one minute and on PS4 I can barely reach five minutes. I have trialed several methods to rectify the issues recommended on this forum, by S.E. and by players on this forum and on outside forums.
While investigating, I have managed to discover on outside forums that other players in the SEA area are also having trouble maintain a stable connection with the JP datacentres. It appears the issue is with S.E. and the connection to the JP Datacentres from the SEA area. I am from Western Australia.
I do not fully understand the infrastructure of MMOs and playing online and the connections that are meant to make it work; however, I am certain it is not on my side nor my ISP. Has there been any reports or issues occurring?
Please forgive the format on my thread. This is the first time I've ever written on the forum. I've also submitted a report to customer service because I wasn't sure which channel to go through.
